Ding Yuin Shan
Ding Yuin Shan is a Hong Kong-based film producer with over 20 years of experience. He has worked as a producer and production supervisor on more than 20 feature films, including notable titles such as Election (2005), Vengeance (2009), and Sisterhood (2016). Beyond producing, Ding served as the Programme Leader and Head of Screen Creative Producing at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts for 14 years and was the Acting Dean of its film school from 2023 to 2024. He actively supported emerging filmmakers by assisting with student projects and helping them secure funding and resources. In 2020, Ding founded Glory Pearl Limited, a film production company focused on developing and producing genre feature films by emerging talents. The company has produced the gangster drama The Remnant (2025), which was featured at the 18th First Film Festival, and the zombie thriller Possession Street (2024), showcased at the 54th Rotterdam Film Festival.
