Representatives of Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA) will select one project as the recipient of a cash award of US$10,000 (approximately HK$78,000).  This award aims to encourage and support creative contents in Asia, and will be given to the project that we found to have the most potential to work/co-produce with Taiwan.

The Award is designed to promote cinematic innovation and promising Asian directors. Two in-kind awards are presented to two selected projects, one IDP project and one WIP project. The winner is offered post-production services by White Light Studio in Bangkok, Thailand.

* Award winners must do colour-grading at White Light to redeem prize.

The award aims to sponsor professional equipment to young talents of this industry to create more valuable films.  An in-kind prize that is worth US$15000 in market equipment rental service value is provided by ARRI Hong Kong to a winning HAF project chosen by ARRI Hong Kong.

The objective of the Award is to encourage and facilitate coproduction between Asia and Europe. One IDP project is invited by the representative of Udine Far East Film Festival to participate in Focus Asia 2023.

HAF collaborates with Marché du Film, Festival de Cannes, to present a program offering market screening opportunities for not more than 5 WIP projects at Cannes Film Festival in 2023. The “Goes to Cannes” program offers opportunities for filmmakers to look for sales agents, distributors and film festivals.
