After placing his wife’s remains in a freezer, an old man takes his memories of her on a journey in the spring rain to face his life’s regrets.
An old man with a limp, Khimhok, has depended on his wife over the years; then his wife suddenly passes away one day. Reluctantly, Khimhok puts her remains into an old freezer. He keeps his wife’s death a secret and starts a dishwashing job to save money for her burial. However, rainfall causes the freezer to break down, and her body begins to rot. When their long-estranged son suddenly appears to face his mother’s remains, long-held feelings of resentment are triggered. The sudden death is a wake-up call for the broken family to look at the issues that they have long avoided.
