The HKIFF Industry Project Market will run concurrently with FILMART (Hong Kong International Film & TV Market) from 17 to 19 March 2026. Guest and media registration is open now until 6 March. Approved guests or media representatives will be granted access to both the HKIFF Industry Project Market and FILMART.

Guest Registration Details

• The HKIFF Industry Project Market Guest Registration is open to film industry professionals including film investment & production companies, film fund representatives, sales agents, distributors and international film festival/ film project market delegates.
• For first-time applicants or those uncertain about eligibility, please contact the Film Industry Office team via email (hkiffindustry@hkiff.org.hk) prior to submitting the online application form and provide a company profile.
• Guests must complete their registration by using a registration code or paying the registration fee as outlined below:

• The guest registration form must be completed on an individual basis.
• Each email address can only be used to register once and cannot be reused.
• Applicants must upload a clear, front-facing personal photo during online registration.
• Applications will be reviewed based on the company profile submitted. The review process typically takes 7 working days.
• Incomplete or inaccurate information, ineligibility, or failure to provide the registration fee may result in the application being rejected.
• Approved guests will receive individual notifications regarding the project reservation process.

Media Registration Details

• The HKIFF Industry Project Market accepts media registration from organizations or individuals.
• Applicants must provide a business card or work certificate and recent relevant reports for review during registration.
• Registration is free of charge.
• The registration form must be completed on an individual basis.
• Each email address can only be used to register once and cannot be reused.
• Applicants must upload a clear, front-facing personal photo during online registration.
• Applications will be reviewed based on the company profile submitted. The review process typically takes 7 working days.
• The organizer reserves the right to reject applications due to insufficient or inaccurate information, ineligibility, or other reasons.
• Accredited media are also entitled to receive press releases and event invitations, and will enjoy priority in arranging interviews with shortlisted filmmakers and projects.
