WIP Award
Presented by Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency, Hong Kong Film Development Fund and HKIFF Industry

Award value: Two cash awards of each valued HK$100,000 (approx. US$12,800 each)

Two cash awards are given to two selected WIP projects, one from Hong Kong (including coproduction with Hong Kong), and one from outside of Hong Kong. The winners are selected by the Project Review Committee and are credited for the originality and creativity of their projects.

Red Sea Fund Award
Presented by Red Sea Film Foundation

Award value: Two cash awards of US$5,000 (approx. HK$39,000) for IDP, and US$10,000 (approx. HK$78,000) for WIP

The awards are given to one selected IDP project and one selected WIP project to encourage and support film projects that demonstrate strong commercial and artistic quality.

White Light Post-Production Award
Presented by White Light Studio

Award value: Two in-kind awards of each valued US$15,000 (approx. HK$117,000 each)

The award is designed to promote cinematic innovation and promising Asian directors by offering post-production services. Two in-kind awards are presented to two selected projects, one IDP project and one WIP project.

* The award winner must do colour grading at White Light Studio (Bangkok, Thailand) to redeem the prize

HAF Goes to Cannes Programme
Presented by HKIFF Industry and Marché du Film, Festival de Cannes

Five in-kind awards presented by HKIFF Industry and Marché du Film, Festival de Cannes to five selected WIP. The "Goes to Cannes" programme offers market screening opportunities for filmmakers to look for sales agents, distributors and film festivals at Cannes Film Festival in 2025.

Award value: One in-kind awards of US$30,000 (approx. HK$234,000)

The award is given to one selected IDP or WIP, with the aim of supporting outstanding productions in the industry and promoting the development of Asian films.

* The award winner must use the post-production services provided by Pica Pica Media Limited in Hong Kong, China to redeem the prize
